So you just received your new jacket you bought online.  First things first do not remove the tags yet!  Wait until you have at least tried the thing on.  Make sure the jacket comes far enough down the top of your hands by sitting on your bike with the jacket zipped and putting your hands on the handlebars.  Does the jacket fall where you need it to?  Is there enough room across your shoulders and across your back? 

Some jackets can fit very tightly over the abdominal area depending on the size of yours.  If you do find it challenging normally to find jackets or shirts that fit over your stomach then you may want to call where you are buying first and tell them your concerns.

Once you have tried on your jacket and put on your gloves or anything else you will be wearing with it to check total compatibility you are good to go.

If for some reason there is a problem then no worries because you left the tags on right?  You won't be the first one to exchange a motorcycle jacket due to fitment issues.  You will want to review the websites return policy.  That way you will not be surprised by any restocking fees or shipping chargs involved with an exchange.
